Lorraine Plezia Training Solutions offers comprehensive training for AMS360 agencies, migration preparation for AfW agencies and consulting services.
Formerly with the AMS Users Group, Lorraine was Certified as an AMS360 trainer in 2005. Prior to joining the Users Group, a Dallas based company, she spent over 20 years in an agency, while serving as a volunteer leader in the New England AMS Users Group chapter. She has served on the AMS Users Group Board of Directors and is the recipient of the 2005 James M. Gibson Service Award. According to the group, "The Service Award honors an individual for outstanding service and efforts in making AMSUG and the independent insurance agency system stronger."
