Lorraine's insurance career began in 1978 in the claims department of Pawtucket Mutual Insurance Company, Pawtucket, RI. In 1985, she joined Harry J. Boardman Insurance Agency in South Attleboro, MA, where she was encouraged to participate with her local Chapter, the New England AMS Users Group.
Over the years, she's served on the AMS360/AfW Education Committee, and as an AMS Users Group Director, chairing both the Communications and National Non-Conference Education Committees. She joined the staff of the Users Group in 2005. This position gave her the opportunity work not only as an advocate for Education, but also to collaborate with the AMS360 R&D Committee & Vertafore Developers to offer input as to "streamlining the information flow" from an agency's perspective.
